Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1-3 working days and deliver across Nigeria. Orders over ₦50,000 ship free.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather, fuel scarcity, and courier delays can add time.
Processing
- We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g. 2 p.m.] are processed the next working day.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces take 5 to 7 working days before dispatch. This is stated on the product page.
- During sales and festive periods, allow 1 to 2 extra working days.
Tracking
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, with the courier name and a tracking number where the courier provides one. We deliver through local couriers.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number before paying. Couriers call ahead, so an active phone number matters. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a second delivery fee applies.
Delays, loss and damage
If your order has not arrived within [X] working days of the dispatch email, contact us, and we will trace it with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend it or refund you in full.
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item, then email the photos to sales@beautysbonnique.com within 48 hours of delivery.
International orders
We currently ship within Nigeria only. For delivery outside Nigeria, message us at sales@beautysbonnique.com before ordering, and we will provide a shipping quote. The recipient pays customs duties and import taxes in the destination country.
